Nowadays, people are conscious and aware of homemade remedies for their skin problems. For every skin type, and problems, various herbs, fresh fruit juices, and veggies can be treated. However, some of the herbs heal quickly, and you will notice flawless acne free skin on maintaining regularly.Â Â Some of them will take care of their outer skin, and they do not consume a healthy diet.
Consumption of healthy fruits, veggies, herbs and performing physical workouts such as walking, or mild aerobic dance helps in maintaining clear skin, and your body shape. Doing workouts improves blood circulation, eliminates excess toxins, and gives a shinning glow to your skin.
For maintaining clear skin, consuming right type of food, and workouts relives from mental stress. Here are quite few steps to be followed on maintaining healthy skin forever without spending your precious money and time.
1. Often Wash your face with plain water
This is the very crucial step to be followed, and it does not matter whether you are traveling outside or not. If you wipe your face on tissue paper or white towel, you will notice the dirt, so before going to bed, cleanse your face using mild face wash. Cleansing your face with milk lotion/lemon juice removes all the dirt, bacteria, and other dust from the skin, and avoid contact with eyes.
2. Removing blackhead/whiteheads using a mild scrub
After cleansing, this step should be done, and you can either use creams or homemade scrubber. Take one teaspoon of oats, curd or milk, honey, and mix it well, and apply it on the face in circular motion.Â If you have oily skin, you can use grind dried orange +lemon peel, and add milk and gently massage on your nose, and blackheads/whiteheads affected area. Leave it for 5 minutes, and wipe your face with cotton balls.
3. Getting rid of blackheads/whiteheads by steaming
For steaming, you need boiling water, wide vessel, towel, mint leaves, lemon leaves or lemon juice. If you notice more sunburns, add turmeric, neem and basil leaves to the hot water, and steam your face for seven to eight minutes
4. Homemade Face Packs
If you find any ageing signs, wrinkles, or skin loosening, you can apply egg white +clay + lime juice or honey and mix it well. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes, and wash your face, and you will be able to notice natural skin tightening within fifteen minutes. For acne-prone skin, can use mint leaves + nutmeg powder + cinnamon powder +milk or curd, and leave it for fifteen to 20 minutes. These natural face packs can be applied on a regular basis, as they are 100% chemical-free face packs.

Eliminating unwanted hair has been practiced since ancient times, and they followed shaving, and waxing methods often. Though as time goes, other traditional hair removal methods came into existence, and they are plucking, pumice stone, electrolysis, depilatory, chemical bleaching, and Laser hair removal treatments are performed. Brown sugar or regular granulated sugar â€“ 2 Â½ cups.
Distilled water or tap water â€“ 1 cup.
Lemon juice â€“ Â¼ cup.
Measuring cup â€“ 1
Spatula or Popsicle sticks (Ice- Cream sticks)
Plastic jar or container
Waxing strips or Muslin cloth.
Preparation and Applying procedures:
1.Â Take a saucepan, and boil Â¼ cup of water for a while, and include brown sugar and lemon juice with seeds removed.
2. Now stir the mixture constantly and remove from the flame until it gets in the form of honey consistency.
3. Transfer sugar waxing in a plastic jar or container, and allow it to cool for four to five minutes. Meanwhile, you can remove any lotions or moistures applied on the waxing areas. Cleanse the skin, and use talcum powder as a layer to avoid redness and it also lessens the pain.
4. If you are applying for the first time, you can do a patch test on your leg or any other small areas.
5. With the help of Spatula, apply on the direction of hair grows, and immediately place cotton strips or muslin cloth over it. Press and pull it in the opposite direction of hair growth, and you can apply moisturizer or baby lotion.
If you notice any redness, then it is quite normal, and if you feel itchy, you should seek help from the skin-care specialist. Homemade Sugar Waxing does not cause any side-effects, and it is cost effective. If you find cotton strips a bit expensive, you can use old cotton t-shirts or denim strips. Most of the girls mess it up with the body sugaring preparation. If it is done in the right way, waxing might be painless, cost effective, and cheap hair removing treatment.
